Board Meeting

On December 17, 2010
The meeting in office the association was held at SMILES.
office voted unanimously elected Thibault-Leasing Lourdin as second vice-president smiles.
Congratulations to him and his work within the association, during the mission in 2010, 2009 and also for his commitment and dedication in preparing the book of story due out in the first quarter of 2011.

During this meeting we discussed the grants 2011:

The General Council of the Allier
In 2010, the association Smiles has received a grant from the Board of Allier. Ms. Herupe, responsible international cooperation department of the General Council of the Allier, in the general meeting of the association told us that the standing committee ruled in favor of renewing the grant in 2011.

The Guild Agency micro-projects
SMILES requested an application for assistance from the agency of micro-projects. On November 30, 2010 we had the honor of being winners of the Fall 2010 session of Solidarity Depreciation North / South. SMILES office takes note of this decision and welcomes the work done by members of the association.
The grant amounts to 4000 euros for the year 2011, a big thank you to this organization for the recognition of our projects.

The Regional Council of Auvergne
In 2009, the association had received the sum of 4000 euros, which was not renewed in 2010.
Brunet met Yvette Mercier, vice president of the Regional Council of Auvergne, who was very interested in the projects of the association. Stay tuned!

Rotary Club
We monitor our application with this agency, which in all likelihood should be completed in 2011.

Operation of a box SMILES
The operation was conducted in October and November 2010, we would like to thank all the merchants of the town vichyssoise and traders who participated in Rennes this first. 1200 euros have been collected. The bureau decided to extend this operation in 2011 while attempting to expand the number of businesses.
