After a well deserved night at the Guest House, a morning of culture is needed to discover the country. We start at 8am with a visit to the royal palace (after 1h tea waited at the guest house!). The city is beautiful, the buildings and temples stand among the flowers and greenery. We decided to take a guide, English is more folk with him turns out to be a race against time. The tour continues by the Khmer genocide museum in the S21 prison. Talking a bit with the Cambodian, one quickly realizes that the subject of the genocide is taboo here. The morning ends in a good heat, and on file in the "Russian Market" (all motivated to find food there) after 5 minutes, the decision is unanimous, we will eat in a restaurant nearby. How to say, smells are a bit too expansive in the market! We decide to eat very typical burger fries, pasta bolognese, etc ... is ordered at 1:30, the dishes are served in installments until 3am! In short, here we are a little out of time and it suits touktouk after touktouk in local life. The aprem or rather the end of the afternoon is devoted to some appros (races for small breakfast) and repairs (to Cambodia) phone and computer. We finish the afternoon with a few passes of rugby in the square next to the guest house with Cambodia. Good is not everything but it will soon serve us!
PS: Message to destination Nathan from Maxime Clément: How do you say "princess" in English?
